Proposed HUD Rule Covering VAWA 2013
The HUD issued a proposed rule covering VAWA 2013 on April 1, 2015 with comments due on June 1, 2015.
The Association plans to submit comments on this matter to HUD. Section 3 Compliance Feedback
With Section 3 compliance being closely monitored by the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, you want to make sure that your PHA policies are up to date and that your staff has clear direction when it comes to Procurement and Section 3. PHAs need current updated policies in order to comply with the Procurement & Section 3 requirements.
